Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of FLStudio.Academy (the "Service"), operated by Runity IT ("Runity IT", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a program, or otherwise using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

FLStudio.Academy provides 1:1 online music production coaching for FL Studio, including recorded video lessons tailored to each student, written feedback, project file reviews, community resources, and related digital materials.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to purchase a program. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive;
  • send spam or infringe the intellectual property rights of anyone;
  • attempt to probe, scan, or interfere with the security of the Service, upload malware, or bypass technical restrictions;
  • scrape, copy, or resell the lesson content, videos, or platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All lesson videos, written materials, sample packs, project templates, software, documentation, and branding on the Service are owned by Runity IT or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use them for your personal learning within the plan you have purchased. Reverse engineering, redistribution, and resale are not permitted.

You retain ownership of the projects, audio, and other content you upload. You grant Runity IT a limited licence to host and process that content solely to deliver the Service to you (for example, to review your project and record feedback).

5. Payment, Billing & Taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Stripe. Stripe is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Stripe provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, currency conversion, applicable taxes, invoicing, renewal, and cancellation mechanics are governed by the Stripe Payment Terms, which apply to every purchase you make through the Service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Stripe in line with our Refund Policy.

7. Service Level

We work hard to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will be achieved. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, if payment is not made, if your account presents a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to access lesson content ends; we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your own uploaded content unless we are legally required to delete it sooner.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is capped at the fees you paid to Stripe for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
